There is an urgent need, at the national level and in the Arab world, for qualified managers in the field of quality, capable of developing theoretical and practical knowledge and apply it effectively in their field. The program aims at meeting this need by developing the management skills and technical knowledge of the students, which will enable them, in the future, to hold distinguished managerial positions in the institutions (regardless of their types, sizes, products or services they provide), and to guide and develop these institutions, in terms of quality.
