SET (Students Evaluation of Teaching)

Student Evaluation of Teaching, known as SET, is a method that depends on students’ participation in evaluating their tutors by answering a questionnaire that follows the standards and foundations of the best international universities to evaluate their academic programs and tutors, taking into account answers privacy and confidentiality. The questionnaire is performed at the end of each semester in order to identify weakness and strength of learning environment.

This evaluation depends on measuring tutors’ performance in using virtual learning tools, and aims to improve used teaching methods by giving a feedback to the SVU administration and tutors to help in teaching process evaluation.
