- The university allocates every term five full scholarships for people with special needs in the programs of Bachelor’s in Law, Bachelor’s in Media and Communication, and Bachelor’s in Management Sciences, in addition to technical institutes.
- Three nominations are allocated to popular organizations, NGOs, or public institutions according to joint cooperation agreements signed with the university.
- Three nominations for the same previously-mentioned bodies, for a reduction of no more than 20% on the course installments.
- Candidates from public and private entities shall take a specialized admission test for master's programs to which they apply after passing the English language test.
